Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp has been a well-known actress over the years. Born in Phoenix Arizona, United States on July 16, 1991. She portrayed Victoria Justice as a guest star on Victorious in 2012. The year 2009 was the time that Shipp began her professional acting career in a small role on Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel. Following her appearance on Nickelodeon's popular teen mystery drama House of Anubis as KT Rush, she went on to play the lead role of KT. Shipp received attention during 2014, when she played Dani Raymond as the sequel to Drumline: A New Beat in VH1 as well as Aaliyah, the main role on Lifetime's Aaliyah: A Princess of R&B. Shipp sang during the second part of the performance. She then was Ice Cube's spouse Kimberly Woodruff in the biographical film drama Straight Outta Compton which chronicled the career of hip-hop group N.W.A. in 2016. She appeared in Bryan Singer's film about superheroes X-Men: Apocalypse with Halle Berry as Ororo munroe/Storm a climate-controlling mutant. In 2018, Nick Robinson starred along with Jorge Lendeborg Jr. as Love Simon, while Kathryn Prescott played alongside Lucy Hale and Nick Robinson. She has a brother named James. She portrayed Danielle Dani Raymond, a character from Drumline the film New Beat (2014). Alexandra Ruth Shipp born 16 July 1991, is an American actor and songwriter. She became famous for playing the real-life singing sensations Aaliyah and Kimberly Woodruff respectively in Straight Outta Compton and Aaliyah the Princess of R&B on Lifetime.
